Attending & Events

What kind of events are there?
Events focus on all areas of Internet industry and culture, from arts and entertainment to start-ups and major media companies.

I want to attend events, what do I do?
Take a look at the schedule. Once you see events you'd like to attend, be sure to note the RSVP process for each event, because it varies.

Do I have to register for the week?
No. You can register for Internet Week HQ for access to the festival expo space. Some HQ events are invite-only or require purchase of a separate ticket; be sure to double check the RSVP process.

Citywide events are hosted by participating event partners, who control the RSVP process for their events.

What does it cost to attend?
Every event is different -- and some are free. Check the RSVP!

Wait, why is every event different?
Our partners are allowed to run their events however they choose, as long as it's not illegal, obscene, or embarrassing to everyone else involved.

I'd like to throw an event. Can I?
Yes, you certainly can. Internet Week NY is inclusive and open. We'd love to have you participate as an Official Events Partner.

Our partners are allowed to run their events however they choose, as long as it's not illegal, obscene, or embarrassing to everyone else involved.

How do I submit speakers?
We don't accept speaker submissions, because we do not directly program the conference and panel events. If you want to submit someone for speaker consideration, you will need to contact a participating event partner directly. Or host an event yourself!
